How to log into your PFR personal account

Visitors without authorization have the right to use some of the system's functions, but the full functionality will open only after registering an account.

You can log in to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation through your own profile in the database of the Unified Identification and Authentication System, also known as ESIA. Previously, it was this that was used when authorizing on the State Services portal. It is permissible to log in to the Pension Fund of Russia service both from the State Services and from the resource of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

To authorize through State Services you should:

  1. While on the Unified Portal, use the search bar and select any fund service that is provided remotely. You can also simply enter the words “Pension Fund” and wait for the results to appear.
  2. Click on any electronic service presented in the list.
  3. A page will open where you can continue working or view information.
  4. Click on the “Login” link, after which the ESIA form will open.

To authorize through a pension fund you should:

  • Go to the main service and select the tab called “Electronic Services”, it opens sections for citizens, employers and self-employed people.
  • You need to click either on “Personal Account” if an employee or pensioner wants to log into your account, or on “Policy Account” for representatives of insurance companies.
  • A tab opens with a form for logging into the portal, where after clicking on “Login” you should be redirected to the ESIA.

You can skip the first two stages if you immediately start with the “Electronic services and services” part.

Russian Pension Fund - personal account

Only a citizen who has a SNILS can log into his personal account. Without this certificate it is impossible to register and log in. The first registration stage takes place on the State Services portal, the second on the Pension Fund website.

A registered user gets access to many services. In the office, both employers and entrepreneurs, as well as employees, find the necessary information. Of the available information, it should be noted:

  • the number of points accumulated during the tax period;
  • periods of employment at specific jobs;
  • general experience;
  • possible social benefits;
  • the amount of maternity capital.

To avoid standing in line at the branch, the client can consult with a specialist on the website. In the office you can fill out an application for a document in electronic or paper form. The paper version can be received via mail, or you can pick it up by coming to the branch at the appointed time.

  4. Social payments. This tab provides information on all social benefits, including care for an adult or child with a disability.

How to enter a pension fund - detailed instructions

Depending on the account, authorization can be performed in different ways.

There are three ways to register on the Pension Fund portal using State Services: initial simplified, more advanced standard and, which provides the greatest number of opportunities, advanced.

By contact details and password

In standard and simplified versions, citizens log into the Personal Account of the Pension Fund through authorization through the ESIA database.

For this you will need:

  • email or mobile phone number indicated when registering your profile;
  • invented password.

If you leave an o at the entrance, it will not be automatically used for visiting. Each time you will have to enter your own data manually, but the client’s confidential information will be more secure; it is in the Pension Fund’s personal account.

Indicating SNILS

If the owner of the Pension Fund has a standard or confirmed account level, he is able to log in using Government Services when he indicates in the authorization form:

  • own SNILS number;
  • the password you created earlier during registration.

Using an electronic signature

Signature holders have a separate way to enter the resource - they get into their own personal account without manually entering any personal information about themselves. For authorization in this case, a specialized device is used with an individual key recorded on it.

Signature keys are divided into regular and enhanced levels, and are designated as KEP and UKEP.

When you log in, go to the Pension Fund website:

  1. select the “Using an electronic signature” section;
  2. wait for the download and connect the device with the CEP or UKEP, click on “Finish”;
  3. wait for the keys to be verified and the transition to the Pension Fund resource; both processes occur automatically.

If the portal signals an error, you need to check the following:

  • Operation of the software. It functions when you log into the Pension Fund website thanks to the installed plugin - it is important to make sure that the appropriate browser extension is enabled.
  • Serviceability of the signature medium. The device has been created and should be correctly connected to the USB port. A single media should always be used, the health of which can be checked on other computers or laptops.

Most often, difficulties on the resource are experienced by people of the older generation who do not have much experience in using modern technologies. In fact, the main tool for registration is the information provided for the Unified Identification and Autonomous Authorization database during the registration of the profile on the State Services.

Simplified procedure

The initial simplified profile level is provided to a pensioner who has already provided a minimum amount of information about himself. To get this level, you should:

  1. Log in to State Services in your Personal Account.
  2. Find the button called “Register”, click on it and wait for it to load.
  3. In the window that appears, click on the link called “Another method.”
  4. In the form, fill in the fields where you indicate the last and first name of the person who needs an account on the ESIA, enter his phone number, as well as his email. It is best to enter real data about yourself, and use only the e-mail to which you have constant access.
  5. Check that the entered data is correct and then click on the “Register” link at the bottom of the form. However, before clicking, it is recommended that you carefully read the documentation from the two links presented in this window, with the names “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Service Use”. By carefully studying the documents, you can better understand the operation of the service and avoid possible problems with its use in the future.
  6. The form is replaced by a window called “Phone Confirmation”. They wait for a message to arrive at the specified mobile number, which contains a code, and only after that the required numbers are entered into a single field.
  7. It is necessary to come up with a strong password; when creating it, avoid using dates of birth, abbreviations from the initials of the first name, last name, patronymic, it is better not to write the first and last names themselves. A strong password will be an alphanumeric combination of more than eight characters, some capitalized and others lowercase.

Standard registration

Achieving a standard account profile is the next step after registering a simplified account. To receive an increase, a pensioner must select the “My data and contacts” section in his own account.

In this tab you enter personal information, which means:

  • information from the passport;
  • own SNILS number.

After adding information about a pensioner or a citizen of non-retirement age, the system performs an automatic check. If everything is entered correctly, the profile changes status on State Services - you can see this in the right corner of the resource.

The updated status provides the Pension Fund pensioner with greater opportunities on the portal of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

Status "Confirmed"

To change the user status on State Services to the highest possible Status, you must use one of the convenient methods:

  1. Be registered using specialized RBS (remote banking) systems from certain Russian banks.
  2. Come to the Service Center to perform face-to-face authorization.
  3. Confirm via registered mail sent by Russian Post.
  4. Provide the data specified when upgrading your profile to “Standard”.

For clients of Russian banks

Creation and confirmation in Service Centers

  • obtain profile status approval;
  • gain access to the use of certain operations of State Services;
  • delete or edit your Personal Account.

Remote verification by letter via Russian Post

Using the ESIA, it is possible to confirm an account via a notification sent by email.

For this authorization method you need:

  1. In your profile, select the “My data and contacts” column.
  2. Confirm use via registered letter, click on the “Order letter” button.
  3. Enter all the required information in the form that opens.
  4. Expect to receive a registered letter.
  5. Enter the code received in the letter.

The waiting time after ordering can reach 7-14 days , but it is possible to track the shipment after ordering.

If the verification is successful, the account status on the service will increase to “Verified”.

For owners of CEP/UKEP

To increase your profile status, you just need to use your own key. You can do this as follows:

  • obtain a standard level of account on State Services;
  • Before starting, check whether the necessary browser permission is enabled, make sure the key carrier is in good working order;
  • use the key on a computer or laptop;
  • go through authorization
  • use the method of changing the account status through CEP/UKEP;
  • From the list of certificates, click on the desired one and confirm your choice by entering the PIN code;
  • wait for the page verification to complete, and if it is successful, the account status will change.

Along with the “Confirmed” status in the account, you will have access to such functions as calculating pensions, providing pension statements, sending applications and much more.

Electronic services of the PFR personal account

Citizens on the site use almost any available opportunity, which is provided remotely to all people in the pension insurance system. Employed citizens and self-employed persons have the right to use over 50 functions, they relate to issues of receiving pensions and social security. Employers also use their personal accounts.
