Where to take the citizenship test

If a migrant fails the test, he or she has the right to retake the test within two years. There is no need to retake everything; it is enough to retake the part for which you received an unsatisfactory grade. Payment in this case will be only half the cost. If two or more parts are not passed, the test will have to be paid in full.

The order dated April 25, 2014, approved by the Ministry of Education, establishes different levels of Russian language proficiency. The first level is elementary. The certificate issued to the migrant confirms his ability to learn the Russian language. The next level is basic, followed by certification levels from one to four. Holders of the highest, fourth, level have the right to teach and engage in scientific activities in the field of the Russian language, as well as perform other research work.
