Filevsky Park was one of the first to operate the MFC. The range of services currently provided by this multifunctional center fully complies with generally accepted standards for this type of institution.
All of them are divided into 3 levels:
- Federal , relating to organizations at the national level.
- Regional – institutions at the level of the Moscow region.
- Municipal – organizations under city jurisdiction.
The city administration has approved a list of 55 types of public services to the population provided by the Filevsky Park MFC at the municipal level. The full list of services provided to the population includes more than 200 items, most of which are presented below.
Make an appointment at the Main Department of Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs via the Internet
Making an electronic appointment online will allow you to contact the passport office by appointment. You can sign up for the unit of the Main Department of Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Filyovsky Park district at State Services. To do this you need:
- Go through the registration procedure and log in to your personal account at State Services.
- Select in the “Catalogue” and press the button “GUVM of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia”.
- Select the required service from the list.
- Check the box next to the inscription “Personal visit to the unit of the Main Department of Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” and click the “Make an appointment” button.
- Enter personal data, find a territorial unit and select the appropriate date and time.
- Wait for the notification of a successful appointment in your Personal Account and receive a PIN code from it.
The existing code should be presented to an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, or entered into a special terminal to receive an appointment ticket.

| On Saturday, the Office deals exclusively with resolving various issues relating to the provision and further issuance of foreign passports, as well as invitations to enter. In addition, the Department also deals with registration, restoration and other issues regarding visas, as well as the migration census of foreigners or persons without valid citizenship. | |

After simplified registration, the user gets access to the main functionality of the State Services portal, including being able to go to his personal account. Expanded access to all services provided by government agencies opens after registering a verified account. This can only be done by personally visiting the territorial office of the multifunctional center.
MFC employees need to provide your passport and SNILS . The procedure for checking and registering data takes about an hour, after which the user will receive full access to all services provided on the site online.
Online booking of an appointment at the MFC of the Filevsky Park district

- Enter your personal information, find your territorial division and select the desired date and time.
- Receive a notification about a successful appointment in your Personal Account and remember the PIN code from it.
The received code will be needed in order to get an appointment at the passport office without queuing.
File a complaint about the work of the MFC in the Filevsky Park district
