In the event of a foreign citizen’s refusal to carry out a certificate check, an unauthorized change of employer, an unauthorized change in the type of activity, an unauthorized extension of the period of employment, the administrative management body in the field of labor will confiscate (cancel) the certificate of this foreign citizen, and also send a proposal to the public security body to cancel the documents , giving the right to reside to a foreign citizen in the territory of the PRC.
