Center for public services of the Kuntsevo district
Kuntsevo was one of the first to come into operation with the MFC. The range of services currently provided by this multifunctional center fully complies with generally accepted standards for this type of institution.
All of them are divided into 3 levels:
- Federal , relating to organizations at the national level.
- Regional – institutions at the level of the Moscow region.
- Municipal – organizations under city jurisdiction.
The city administration has approved a list of 55 types of public services to the population provided by the Kuntsevo MFC at the municipal level. The full list of services provided to the population includes more than 200 items, most of which are presented below.
What services does the multifunctional center provide?
By contacting the multifunctional center of the Kuntsevo district, the applicant can count on services related to various areas of life: family, transport, housing and communal services, social support, business, education, etc.

How to make an appointment at the MFC in the Kuntsevo area online?
Both the reception and issuance of documents at the MFC takes place only by appointment. You can make an appointment in one of the cities of Moscow online.
To do this you will need to take a few simple steps:
- Go to the official website of the main branch of the Moscow MFC. Log in to your personal account. If you have not registered yet, you can do this by specifying your login, password and phone number to which you will receive an SMS confirmation. You can also log into your personal account through a pre-confirmed electronic signature or a State Services account.
