The process of obtaining EDV is of an application nature. Monthly payment amounts
According to current legislation, the increase in EDV is carried out only once during the year. The procedure is carried out automatically by the Pension Fund and does not require any application from the pensioner. Increased payments are provided from February of each year.
The set of social services is assigned by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and includes a fixed list of benefits that have a monetary value. It includes the following services:
- free medicines and medical products with a doctor’s certificate, as well as special food products for children with disabilities – 807.94 rubles;
- referrals to sanatorium institutions – 124.99 rubles;
- travel without payment to the place of treatment by rail or by intercity transport - 116.89 rubles.

The amount of daily allowance for veterans from February 1, 2018
In 2021, the maximum amount of EDV was 2850.26 rubles. The amount is the same for all subjects of the Russian Federation. It is not subject to the climatic regional coefficient. - pay slip for payment of housing and communal services issued by the organization providing housing and communal services for the month preceding the month of application;
- a certificate of family composition, whose members are registered at the citizen’s place of residence;
- certificates from the place of study (for students of educational institutions over 18 years old).
