How to generate and send a report to the Pension Fund

When adding files to the system, the package will be checked for completeness. Detailed information on the procedure for transferring bundles to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is published in the following instructions. If it is necessary to send corrective information, the package should be generated in accordance with the recommendations.

  • “UPFR code” is the code of the PFR branch to which the organization reports. Specify the region using the drop-down list, then select from the directory the code of the Pension Fund Office to which reporting will be provided;
  • “Registration number” the registration number of the policyholder assigned by the Pension Fund of Russia branch;
  • “Agreement number” the number assigned to the “Agreement on the exchange of electronic documents in the electronic document management system of the Pension Fund of Russia via telecommunication channels”;
  • “Date of agreement” the date of conclusion of the agreement with the territorial branch of the Pension Fund of Russia;
  • The signing certificate is selected automatically;
