Knowledge of the language is confirmed by a commission for recognition as a native speaker of the Russian language. That is, the applicant will also need to pass the exam.

In addition to knowledge of the language, an applicant for this status must prove his cultural and family ties with Russia. To do this, you need to provide evidence of kinship in a direct ascending line with people who live or lived in the territory of Russia, the USSR or within the borders of the Russian Empire.

The status of a native speaker of the Russian language gives its owner a number of privileges and “indulgences” in obtaining a residence permit and in obtaining Russian citizenship.

How long does it take to obtain a NRN certificate?

A native speaker of the Russian language is a foreign citizen or stateless person who is recognized as native speakers of the Russian language by a special commission of the Krasnodar Territory.

Not all foreigners can obtain the status of a native speaker of the Russian language, but only those who: a) speak Russian and use it every day in the family, everyday and cultural spheres;
