What does a temporary residence permit give to citizens of Kazakhstan?
Having received a temporary residence permit, a citizen of Kazakhstan has the right to reside, work and do business in the Russian Federation for three years. Please note that the permit only allows you to work in the region of registration. After eight months, the migrant can apply for a residence permit. Also, a temporary residence permit gives the right to receive free medical care, apply for compulsory medical insurance, SNILS and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), obtain a driver’s license, and enroll children in preschool and general education institutions.
The temporary residence permit is issued on a quota basis or on preferential terms. After crossing the border, you must register with the migration authorities at your place of stay; you have a week to do this. An application for a temporary residence permit must also be submitted to the same migration department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Who can count on receiving a temporary residence permit?
Kazakhstanis who have reached the age of majority (18 years in the Russian Federation) and have legal capacity can count on temporary residence permits. Citizens must be in the country within the legal framework.

You can fill it out manually or print it on your computer. It is unacceptable to shorten names and words, cross out what is written, or correct it.
